Celebrate America's 250th Birthday with a day packed with activities across the City of Orr. From the morning 5K and car show to the parade, live music, shopping, food trucks, family activities, and fireworks over Orr Bay, there's something for everyone.

The ORR Recreation & Resource Center will serve as one of the day's primary activity hubs, hosting special events, shopping, entertainment, and gathering spaces throughout the celebration.

Join runners, walkers, and cheering bystanders for a community 5K benefiting the Virgie Hegg Hospice Foundation.

Shop 7,000 square feet of clothing, housewares, books, movies, games, outdoor gear, décor, collectibles, and more. New treasures arrive regularly, making every visit unique.
Browse furniture, tools, sporting goods, household items, kitchen cabinets, tables, chairs, and much more. Proceeds help support improvements and upgrades at the ORR Center.
Featuring everything from tractors and trucks to hot rods, classics, and homemade creations.
Celebrate America's 250th Birthday with decorated vehicles, community groups, local businesses, side-by-sides, and festive entries. Awards will be presented following the parade.
Reconnect with classmates, explore school memorabilia, browse yearbooks and newspaper archives, and revisit the history of the former Orr High School.

There's something special about small-town celebrations, and the July 3rd Celebration in Orr is one of Northern Minnesota's best.

Spend the day exploring the community, shopping for unique treasures, enjoying live music, visiting local vendors, cheering on parade participants, reconnecting with friends and classmates, and making memories with family. Whether you're joining us for a few hours or spending the entire day in town, you'll find plenty of reasons to stay, explore, and celebrate.

From the morning 5K to the fireworks over Orr Bay at dusk, the July 3rd Celebration brings together residents, seasonal visitors, and guests from across the region for a day filled with hometown pride, community spirit, and old-fashioned summer fun.
